Alina Poenar

Administrative & Office Coordinator

Holding a BA in management in Brasov and with some experience in the selling and advertising sector, Alina chooses to move with her family in Luxembourg in 2015.

After having completed several professional training courses, Alina finally joined Immocity Luxembourg as an office coordinator.

Specialisations: administrative management, office coordination.

Marjorie Volken

Property Manager & Lettings

Marjorie graduated in Commerce and Marketing from a school in Luxembourg and had her first experience in an advertising agency.

She finally opted for the real estate field and completed the real estate training program in 2021. Marjorie is now a letting agent at Immocity, and is also in charge of the flat share accomodations.

Natacha Faraut

Lettings manager

Holding a degree in interior design after studying in Nice, Natacha developed her skills in Paris, London and, since the end of 2016 in Luxembourg, where she discovered a passion for the real estate sector and undertook her diplomas in 2018.

In charge of the Lettings within our office, Natacha also creates bespoke interior design plans for our customers.

Gessica Di Furia

Holder of a Master’s degree in International Business and Human Resources from Strasbourg, Gessica began her career in 2008 in recruitment and relocation, developing strong expertise in international mobility and client support. 

In 2025, she decided to fully embrace the real estate sector, bringing her experience in client satisfaction and housing support into this new field. In charge of the lettings within the agency, providing personalized follow‑up and ensuring service excellence throughout the process.

Thomas Henckes

Real Estate Agent

With a Marketing degree & Business Management diploma from Metz, Thomas started his real estate journey in 2009.

After over a decade thriving in a major international corporation in Luxembourg, he felt the pull back to his true passion: Real Estate Sales. Today, Thomas is in charge of sales of existing property, as well as off plan sales, bringing  his energy and expertise to fullfill every clients needs.

Specialisations: client relations and negotiations.

Andrea Murgia

Managing Director

Holding a BA in economics in London with a Master in buying in the fashion industry. A first enriching experience in a luxury conciergerie in London then back to his familiar route where he decided for a new challenge starting in 2012. On a daily basis Andrea manages a team of professionals of the sector and thrills himself in developing real estate projects.
